I said something to the effect of it makes no sense as these problems are all valid concerns. I said that I am not responsible for Saab inadequately paying them and so have no obligation to pay a diagnostic fee under warranty. I said they should put their statement in writing to me and copy Saab.

For what it is worth, my service advisor at the dealer who closed told me this dealer has never treated his customers well when they got stuck there for some reason or another. Maybe this dealer sees one didn't buy the car there and figures one isn’t worth the time. With the other dealer now gone, one would think that is hurting themselves, but I don't think the dealer management thinks that far ahead.

Also, the one thing they fixed, the alarm siren, is actually not fixed as it still goes off.

I certainly don't think I did anything, but of course there is another side. The dealer faces no repercussions so why bother with anyone that questions anything.
