You are banned from the dealer...even if you started something (legal action for example) to get them to service your car I wouldn't trust them, and if you don't go to them you will need to drive out of your way for another dealer. There has to be some resource from Saab to have the car be serviced by an Indie closer to you...I can't believe the kind of sht that you are going through, granted we are only hearing your side of the story (not that I don't believe it).

Hey, how about a local news report....they always have those consumer protection segments that deal with bad contractors, service people, etc. Would it be worth it giving it a try?? if anything you will put their name on the news as a bad dealer....and what the heck, you should say their name here too...start a thread on that subject, you may not be the only one suffering from that kind of attention.
