Saab refused to help in any way. I specifically asked if I could have the same issues looked at and fixed by an indie and submit for reimbursement. The answer, go to another dealer. I even asked them what if all the dealers said to heck with Saab and closed? They said go to another dealer. Over four years of ownership Saab customer service has been unable to help just about every time I raise an issue. I don't understand why they bother paying the staff. Just to enter junk in the computer...it seems pointless. They are more worried about my answer to whether I own other GM vehicles than helping me with getting the car fixed. Saab easily could have offered a loaner/rental car at another dealer to make things easier.
I think the only way to deal with this is to have an indie fix each issue and do separate actions in small claims for each issue. Then for the remaining warranty I make one trip to the dealer. If they don't fix it, I go back to the indie and repeat. My indie is good, but not a Saab guy so I have to help him out by reading up on here first.
