and the Anchorage Saab dlr refers most work to the indy we all see here. What I'm getting at is that some items may be able to be repaired by an indy and still submit to the dlr. If the dlr doesn't want the trivial business, ask if he can recommend someone else to do the work & submit to Saab for reimbursement. It's worth a try.
