else that would be reason to ask you to leave and be banned? It seems to be a stretch that simply complaining and disagreeing with the manager would get you banned.

I wouldn't expect any quality service if you were accepted to go back there, which sux since it's the only dealer near you...Write to Saab and see what they have to say.

Also, a good resource is the Better Business Bureau or BBB.org, (not sure if they can help you solve your problem) contact them and see what they have to say about the dealer and/or if they can help you...
