One of the dealer owners was present. She backed up her staff by screaming that she owns the place. I think they were pissed because they don't like knowledgeable customers. It makes them feel inferior even though I didn't say anything in a demeaning manner.

Much of the list has been looked at before by this or other dealers. For example, one of the items, a glitchy sunroof switch, this dealer ordered the part for before, but then failed to put it in when the car was there and sent the part back. They thought it was broken before but it can be intermittent and I guess at this time it wasn't an issue. It was broken when I tried after picking the car up. They don't say what they tried so I can't say what they do to verify these complaints.

My alarm was going off so I took it in. They gave me a rental so I gave them the list as best I can recall. I'm getting a final repair demand out to Saab anyway, but figured I give them a shot while they have the car. Some things they found but claimed are not covered. For example, the headlights are quite hazed and yellow. They say that is wear and tear from the heat of the lamp. They said Saab would cover it under the 4/50 but not the CPO. I explained that it is not excluded under the CPO which only added radio, telematics, and battery exclusions. The dealers live in fear of Saab not paying for the parts and take that out on the customers. My seatbelt is frayed. The dealer that closed trimmed it and said if it frays again they will replace. This place said I could pay to replace it but it is out of the 5 year safety warranty. I pointed out it is still covered by the 6/100 and they said it isn't. The wouldn't say if it was covered by the safety warranty or not, jut that I could pay. I could go on and on...

BBB in my book is totally useless. It is a bigger sham then the government consumer affairs agencies. BBB has never led to any resolution despite many attempts.
