I sent a final repair letter to Saab. The list is lengthy because many things have not been properly fixed in the past. This dealer has already said in regard to the suspension issue there is nothing he can do. So any time looking at that will not be reimbursed by GM. GM is telling me they will escalate as necessary.
The dealer said it will take at least an hour just to do the warranty paperwork. He is trying t to minimize his risk of not making/loosing money. One way to do that is to have me pay for some diagnostic time. A much smarter was is to fix some of the problems. There are several definite problems that combined are easily worth $1000+ gross of business.
