only when traveling between Emporia and Wichita, KS on I-35. That's the only time it doesn't engage and I have a one hour each way commute between KC and Topeka every day. Cruise control works perfectly everywhere else I drive.
It's not a coincidence and there's nothing wrong with the cruise control - I've had it checked out twice.
There's some sort of electromagnetic signal on that stretch of I-35 that keeps the cruise from engaging. Very strange, but it could explain the effects on acceleration gremlins in other makes?
