Hmm, I would go with the 4gb of memory and the base processor. Skip the 64-bit garbage too. 32-bit works just fine and unless you specifically NEED a 64-bit for something, forget it. All I hear about are compatibility issues, for example WIS and EPC. The $25 T6570 upgrade is useless, and I doubt you need a 1066MHz bus.
Not to throw a wrench in your plans, but I would strongly recommend just checking out Dell's Studio XPS 13 or 16. Those are great computers. Very solid. I have the 13's predecessor, the m1330 and I love it. It has a shiny screen but the LED display is really BRIGHT and over-powers any glare. Good luck!
