yeah, that's the way a saab's supposed to look, covered in white stuff!
I actually hate it when the plows are out... I love driving the car in fresh snow, and sure once it's over 6-8", plowing the main roads doesn't hurt, just skip the salt please + no need to replow + resalt a dozen times to make the roads bare imho!
A few years ago our area ran out of snow clearing budget + had to cut back at the end of season (was over 10 feet that year)... everyone survived... it drives me crazy when they plow 3 or 4" of snow + then salt 3 or 4 times thereafter... we can just drive through it! it's fun! don't need no stinkin' SUV or pickup to do so, either...
it costs our city > a million $ every time they plow + salt after a storm. yet each year in budget discussions, they want to cancel the local outdoor rinks from the budget (cost about $25k) to save money! just stop plowing (+ salting!!!) the roads so much! all just imho of course...
