That's exactly the opposite of cars. Typical FWD cars have 60% of vehicle weight in the front on level ground. That's also one of the reasons why front wheels do most of the braking duty. If you put together a rear-biased car, spinning/fish-tailing would be even worse without rear brakes doing more work.
