9.5mm cast iron, stainless, or that porcelain coated?
cast iron ones thin and wear down over the years. call Weber;s 800 cust service number, they have incredible customer service I hear. but since we are a Big Green Egg and Wicked Good Charcoal family, its only a guess.
fyi our community has a pool with one Weber and one Vermont Castings on either end of it and fisticuffs break out over the VC
i've actually seen two women armwrestle over who was next!
