I didn’t want to leave any stone unturned, but I can see the problem is to the right of the ECU. We have salt problems here but not to the extent you describe. Even with 9-5s over 20 years old I have not encountered a wiper motor that rusted. You might want to check ebay because I got a wiper motor mounted to the transmission for a reasonable price, and from down south with no salt damage. That was needed for a failed motor.if you can get the whole assembly replacement is a half hour job. Your rusted motor sounds like a ticking time bomb. Unfortunately, I am out of ideas for the leak. I hope someone else can come up with an idea. I’ve never had to delve into that area near the hinge where the water runs off on both sides, and it’s always seemed hard to me to envision what is in that area.
