After digging around with a boroscope and removing more crap under the dash, the leak was a pinhole of rust at a corner in the seam behind the power mirror memory module. I've seen a couple posts now on other forums where the sealant failed along a welded seam between the wheel well and the bulkhead... I pulled the wheel and fender liner and there was a seam in there that is a mess of rust. This is going to be a problem to fix I think as it looks pretty bad...
