First stranding was a hot day far from home in a parking lot, I camped overnight waiting for a starter at local auto parts store. Replaced in parking lot, then fired right up. But later that day, also hot after using ac, didn't start again like before. Maybe wiring but I have tried to dig around to find anything suspect and am still at a loss??

I'll dig around a bit for test socket troubleshooting thanks for the clue.

BTW 1990 SPG, 250K+ (odo is spotty)
