Hey Rob,
Looks like the economy may be turning around, good news for all of us graduating soon-ish. However, if you turn out to be having a harder time with the job hunt than you thought it sounds like you'd be an excellent candidate for a top-tier professional or graduate school. My personal preference would be to get a little real world before heading back to school, but school will always be a better choice than working retail or food service while looking for a "real" job. That waiting can take longer than you think (trust me), maintaining forward momentum in your career is very important. Look into taking the entrance exams (GMAT, GRE, etc.) if you're leaning that direction. Even if you don't decide to go to school this year the scores are good for a while and you'll almost certainly perform better on any test of specific knowledge now while the material from your classes is still fresh in your mind. I waited too long myself and bombed the GRE chemistry subject test. Good thing Michigan wanted more than good GREs (or a good GPA for that matter ;) ). Good luck with your plans, things really do have a way of working out... you'll see.
