I was changing the front struts on an '88 Accord and the first side went pretty smooth since I'd had it apart to change the half shaft earlier the same year. The other side was completely seized. After trying every extension and trick I knew, I ended up hacksawing it off and I stil couldn't undo the lower bolt. I ended up having it towed to a local shop for them to finish the job while I hung my head in shame. He gave me a good deal though, and didn't charge for the tow since he used his own truck and it was just around the corner :-)
