On my 95 900S, I was replacing the rear brake rotors. Right one went fine, but the left set screw was stuck and stripped. Tried to slot it with a dremel, and chewed it right up with the screwdriver. Easy-out time, snap, now there is a broken off easy out in the hole. Chisel, chisel to no avail. Finally, I just put a cutoff wheel on the dremel and cut out a circle in the rotor around the screw. I got two thirds of the way through and broke my last cutoff wheel. Now here's the kicker; after all that, I touch the screw and realize IT'S NOW FINGER TIGHT!!!!! Hours later and about $15 in broken tools, problem solved. Oh, the humanity!
