years back. it's 200 miles in two days. i did the 1st 130 miles the 1st day and finshed the 2nd day. i was going to do the whole thing in one day the following year, but i moved to new england.
one thing that made a big difference was the tires. i ran, and still do, the continental ultra gators. i believe they are a little heavier, but they offer great flat protection. i commuted quite a bit and the tires saved my butt on numerous occasions when you find yourself between a car, the curb and a sea of broken glass. these tires have never given me a flat yet. just my 2 cents....
