I had a similar experience with Armen in Philly in April, I was having a hard time with the idea of giving up my hatch, they had an 02 93SE that I liked that was CPO, I just couldn't stomach the 18k price. I offered 16k cash (based on Edmunds CPO price), no trade, and was willing to drive it home that night. They wouldn't even entertain the offer. I looked at a couple of their new SC's, and the new 95 wagon. Negotiations on them were a nightmare. Went to Saab of Hunterdon a couple of days later and left with my new SC Aero. Dealing with them was a dream in comparison, I barely had to put any effort into it and I felt I got an amazing price. They gave me discounts Armen wasn't even going to acknowledge. As they say, buyer beware. Saab of Hunterdon is truely a class act, a site sponsor and they've earned my future business.
