....with the help/advice Mike Lynch was able to get on this BB.

I had a total left knee replacement in May 2006. Now, I can walk and stand for hours at a time without pain. Formerly, I was good for 5-10 minutes.

However, I never got back the range of motion that I had before the knee replacement. Now, after warming up, I have 90 degrees at most; before surgery I had about 120 degrees. Even getting to 110 degrees would make a huge difference. The othopedic surgeon I used is very well known and respected. The joint replacement is a Zimmer.

I went through PT and still go the gym 3 times per week like I did before surgery.

Thoughts and ideas are appreciated.
