Yet somehow you find my rational on-topic posts objectionable while letting pass people who make "pitiful, certainly nothing worthy of a response" posts just to register themselves on the thread.

IMHO, the sampling method is off for two reasons:

1. Not all terminal leaf posts are branches: e.g., "I can't believe you just wrote" and "Did you just write . . ." are posted within minutes of each other, hence follow-up posts tend to follow only one of them, rendering the other a terminal leaf post.

2. Just because someone stops responding to a particular branch doesn't mean they do not continue to debate me, or even switching to personal attack against me, in the same thread on a different branch. A mirror will show you a prime example.

Your post actually expressed my disagreement with Snowmobile. I contemplated writing back to him and telling him that he can not personally take credit for me up "the right of final word" on many occasions, LOL. More often it is because someone else devolving into pointless personal attacks.

I'm certainly not shy about expressing disagreement, especially when I can give logical reasons for such disagreement. A post that is not "pitiful, certainly nothing worthy of a response" is by definition worthy of a response. LOL. I don't mind opposing opinions thrown my way either. Mean-spirited personal attacks however only serve to reflect poorly on the posters themselves.

Incidentally, since your post, Rizzilus decided to chime in to have the last word on that "branch." LOL.
