Contrary to the sage advice of others, consider that modern cars have ABS and stability control which makes having more tread on the rear less critical. Most likely you would not have stability problems in above freezing weather or in light rain. Without rotation, new tires on the rear may not have much wear by the time the fronts need replacing. And new tires on the front could have significant wear by the time the rears would need replacing. So how do you rotate tires with such difference in tread depth? Primacy's are good tires, they may go a long ways on the front without rotation.
