You're saying that this particular NHTSA file is garbage, please tell us the details.
I suppose the special public hearing that the NHTSA has convened to have Chrysler explain why "Chrysler has failed to remedy safety defects and issue required notices in 20 recalls" is also sensational garbage.
If you want to believe that Chrysler and SAAB have comparable histories with safety/recall issues - I doubt that I can convince you otherwise.
