based on the standard 2.0 block and a T5. So, a straight up comparison will be off. We are just turning the corner now and almost no piece of the car is going untouched with a number of custom pieces being made. The car will produce around 450HP on the stock block with fresh pieces which is slightly conservative given what the current Saab sponsored SS is producing on the track that SQR has tuned. The car will be done before the convention this year and it should be something to see. We will release all the details when it is done and bring the car to the convention. One thing I can tell you is that it is going to be painted the color of the new SS convertible, greenish-goldish-brownish (tech speak :-)). This is to bridge the new to the old. I am not going to get into a discussion of whether it will produce or not, but will simply show you the results when it is done in the near future. In the mean time, check my web page for details. I will post a detailed how to on removing the balance shafts and pressing the bushing to cover the oil feed channels.
Cheers,
Kevin
