going back & reading what I wrote I see that it wasent verry informative dont think just do as I say :-)
people who told me to get rid of the paper were not selling drop in filters & are folks whos opinion I value thus my stuborness on the subject
I see acording to those results that the diferences in drop in filters are pretty small over decent paper
sometimes I have my head up my you know what :-) it is true but Im allways willing to learn although usually the hard way :-)
when I speak with folks on the phone I sugjest modifying the air box in cases where the box has obvious problems like many cars on this board & using drop in filters Ill be more likeley to sugjest just modding the box now
on my car I got rid of the stock box & run a large cone filter instead with a heat shield which Im sure is better then the stock setup :-)
I hope you dont prove me rong on that :-)
