I tried to find the wires from the sensor. I found another purple/black at the big wiring block connector at the throttle body, and another light blue at a smaller wiring block connector that shared a clip with two other similar connectors (or vice versa). Measuring the resistance there, leaving the connector on at the sensor, and I got 200.5 Ohms. The engine was still warm from earlier. I wouldn't guess 200F+, as that is what it would approximately take to match your posted table, but perhaps not too far off. I did measure the sensor that I just removed (no wiring), and it was approx 3.4 kOhms, which with garage temp of 45F is pretty close, so perhaps it wasn't bad. Actually, I still had the original one from earlier this year in my recycling container, and it measured the same.
Before taking into the dealer, I'm going to simply try disconnecting the battery. Maybe the system needs a good Cntrl-Alt-Delete.
