Clutch hose threads... I measured the ends of both new and old clutch hose ends. The AFT clutch hose ends are approximately 1mm longer then the OE I replaced. That being said I need to inspect the photos (not great ones) I took closely to determine where the difference actually is. At first glance the thread count appears the same with the difference in the non-threaded portions on either end.
That line is a bear to thread straight on but crucial to hand thread which is the only way to avoid cross-threading the delicate threads of the line. After reading your comments I made a big deal about being able to hand thread the line. I also used teflon tape just in case.
Thanks to all of you for your thoughts and comments.
