the stick Aero has its own ECU software separate from an auto Aero and a CSE. The auto Aero does NOT have the same turbo as a stick Aero, and so, will need to use the same software as is found in the auto/stick CSE. The auto Aero puts out the same hp, torque, and psi's as a CSE due to the fact that it's the same turbocharger. Also note that there are people here who have used the stick Aero ECU in a stick CSE which would definitely play around with the T25 turbocharger against what is normally done. But also in this scenario, these people have not had any problems with this set-up.

Research with many of the suppliers of re-mapped ECU's (as I did 2+ years' ago), and you will notice that they specifically ask if you have a stick Aero. That sets that particular software apart from all the other types of 9K's with a T25 (all CSE's and auto Aero's). It's also the same reason why the "Stage 4" at Engstrom.net is only available for the stick Aero and the stick '98 CSE. The ECU model # for an auto Aero and a stick/auto CSE are the same; it's different for a stick Aero and for a stick '98 (which are the same # for those two models).

An auto Aero only shares seats, suspension (which is actually different between the two as well), wheels, and body styling with the stick Aero. Everything else in the auto Aero is EXACTLY the same as a CSE.
