Plain and simple - GM SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! How could the largest auto maker in the world be in this situation? Look at how poorly managed this third world company is. The build quality is, has always been and always will be crap! The material quality is, has always been and always will be crap!
It is complete garbage to hear all this talk about how caddy is producing models which are "better" than BMW, MB, Audi, Lexus. Can you picture what a caddy with 120K miles on it would drive and feel like? The cheap GM quality parts and materials would have fallen apart long ago.
Another reason GM is in this situation is because of how they have let these out of control criminal gangster union leaders dictate how things are going to work. "Ok GM here is how it is going to be, our members of the UAW are going to do the bare bones minimum from 9 to 5 and not give one rat's ass about the quality of work they do. Thats right, if a car is not put together the proper way, too GD bad". This is very clear with the proof being the poor build quality of all GM products. Don't believe me, just go and test drive a GM. Better yet go test drive a USED GM.
How on Earth has the UAW been allowed to get away with this poor performance for so long? The amount of money GM has to give back to these goons from each car sold is criminal! Who the hell are they to demand such benefits and retirement packages while at the same time building cars that just plain suck?
As far as I'm concerned let GM get rid of these mirror divisions. Then they could move the plants over to China so these union HACKS will get what they deserve. Once this is done GM should clean house of senior management and for the first time in it's history start to produce a quality product.
