That's the south fork of the Yuba, and the HWY 49 bridge. (That was the '97 floods.) I grew up in Nevada city, so Quincy isn't super-close, but it isn't that far away either. I think that the Feather River runs through/near Quincy, but the north fork of the Yuba is just the otherside of Yuba Pass from that neck of the woods.
