I rented a Sonata in FL a year or so back, exactly one week after I rented a Volvo S40 from the same place. Much to my surprise, I actually like the Hyundai better. They were about equally boring, but the Hyundai seemed like a nicer car.
Boring, yes. But when you think about it, most cars on the road are kinda boring. I think they have to be to appeal to the widest possible group of people.
