Exactly, climate has always changed! That's the very point that I have been making: climate changes have been taking place, innumerable times on this planet, long before human beings came along (much longer before their CO2 producing industries came along).
What do you suppose is a better way to deal with the impact of climate change, regardless whether the population is growing or shrinking? Centralized government planning, without anyone really knowing what's going to happen? Nobody can see the future for certain, remember? Or would it be better letting individuals try different approaches and discover new solutions? copying successes and discarding failures every minute of the day. That is, will liberty facilitate finding the solutions to future problems better or will totalitarianism work better?
