Canadian dealers were slower to launch product. There is little awareness here. Hopefully spring will change that. Also I'm not sure if leasing is available yet in Canada.
Australia was even slower getting cars. I'm not surprised sales there are nonexistent.
US sales will need to pick up, no doubt, but saying this is the end is imho premature. I'm not surprised that the 9-5 is not selling like hotcakes, but I bet the Griffin 9-3's will be popular + afaik, the limited edition convertible is sold out. Correct me if I'm wrong, but sales to the dealers are what matters for Saab, and then the dealers need to sell cars to make their profit? Obviously if dealers don't move cars they don't buy more, but my impression was that was not the limitation yet.
I think Japan may be the actual root cause of the shutdown + rumours...
