When I was a young chap I had a yamaha RD400 that was a 2 stroke rocket machine. We all added DG chambers, rejetted the carbs and the amount of power that was increased by doing just this was insane. I could pull wheelies starting in first going through thrid without dropping the front wheel in between shifts. Those old bikes were a blast. 2 stroke motors were easy as hell to rip apart on a friday pm and have it together and ready to ride by sat. clip-ons, rear sets, cafe seat, mags, ahhhh memories
