Don't need any darn report, heck I`ll make one up right quick for any car you want and then tac on another 500 bucks and say Look,Look every oil change the car had on file right here, technology now-days can make any document a person wants. You are the history report,.. meaning looking at the car in-person, First off` what car is it we are talking about, a Saab 9-5 2001 4 cylinder with 200,000 miles with all service records wouldn't mean to much to me,.. that car with or with out service records screams at me to keep looking, however a c900 with 200,000 miles with or without a history report wouldn't matter if it has no rust on the body & undercarriage, boosts gr8, idle is solid, no pinion gear whine,.. that's all I need to know` in which case I`d jump on it.
The car you are talking about plays heavily in needing history or not, or should I say` the high mileage your talking about plays a big roll in which car is in mind. For me not knowing what we are talking about, all that comes to mind is,... .. ... yup ...
