Oh I haven't set the boat aside, not by a long shot. Only postponed it because of reading the post it seems I`ll need a constant supply of money. Like you said` sail in and work for the money for the next trip. That's what I`m missing here, why would I need to save money for a trip? Sure living off the phat of the land might be a bit rough but I can hack it except if I lay anchor at some island infested with snakes and get bitten a few times,. But even if that scenario happens what was the purpose for saving money for the next trip.
Obviously there's something I`m not grasping, The idea with the houses for a revenue stream was always in the picture, however if I skip getting the 2 or 3 houses to rent I could be out boating in 2 to 3 years, and had always planned the advanced training for the last year prior purchasing the boat.
So in the end looks like things are on hold, hearing a steady cash flow is needed isnt only nice to have it`s the right way to go about it,.. Looks like I`ll continue with the vvack0 rent a center :) .
