My car, an '03 9-5 Aero with the stick shift, is rated at 22/30, and I get that just about exactly. My running SID average is generally ~25-26, driving around in suburban DC. I'd consider my normal driving to be 60/40 city/highway. Though my city driving is more suburban, and the highway is normally 10-15 mile trips on our local highways. The worst I ever see is 22-23, the best ever is 31-32, but those are for short intervals. Over the 38,000 miles I've put on the car it's come in right in the mid 20's.
