Many years ago, a policeman stopped me for going too fast. He said something like "you have to slow down for the curve even if you drive that car". He wrote a ticket but it got thrown out by the judge. I still don't know the law.
If the speed limit is 45 mph but there is a curve with a yellow sign "30 mph", is that an advisory sign or is the speed limit 30 mph? I thought it was only advisory in that bad drivers must drive at 25-30 mph but better average drivers could drive 10 mph over the advice and race car drivers could keep driving 45 mph.
