Probably not. Statistically there are fewer Saabs on the road, so there would be fewer pulled over. But I went flying by a state cop last night, he was tucked behind some bushes. My radar detector was going off, but had gone to silent mode so I didn't hear it. Fortunately I think the cop was taking a nap :)
I was pulled over many years ago in my 9000, out of state, driving in the left lane on the highway, moving at about the speed limit with the traffic, with DRL's on. That was before DRL's were common, so it appeared I was in a hurry, and there was too much traffic for everyone to be in the right lane. The cop was driving toward me, came flying across the grass median, and nearly caused an accident. When I asked why I was pulled over, he really didn't have a good explanation, but it would have cost me more to return there to fight the ticket so I had little choice but to pay it. I'm sure he knew that, and figured it was easy revenue. So even though I was not doing anything wrong, it probably wasn't the car, it was the out of state plate.
