I'm pretty much on par with your comments and have to agree. 3-7 mph is a nice safe place to travel under the radar. Its been ~3+ years and no tickets since slowing down.
But my Viggen was the Alpha and knew it was fast. But my C900T was fast but always wanted to prove it. This car also was just fast enough for traffic, where the Viggen was too fast and needed way more open road. And so the C900t was the car I've been pulled over in the most. Several tickets in this car. But at the same time I know I was let go 3 times in a row by state patrol, and never really could identify the reasons. And I know it had nothing to do the the car. Demeanor and circumstance were most likely the reasons. I remember a sub freezing night I was let go, and another time an undercover pulled me over who remembered me from a year before when he was uniformed. But I'm guessing it has nothing to do with the car... from the cops perspective.
