I had to try out my new toy! Anyway, here is a link with a discussion on the subject as well as an animated GIF file. Evidently, there is some sort of goo protecting the board, which makes things a bit difficult - plus a lot of neighboring thin wires. My home soldering setup is no where near as good as what I had at work a few years ago, i.e. stereo microscope and precise temperature controlled irons with various thickness tips, and I think that to do it right you almost need this.
