Yeah, that's where I started last night. Unfortunately, the older stuff does not have exploded/part diagrams, and the really old stuff doesn't even have pictures. Without knowing the model number, there's not much to work from. Since the post in their forum regarding what I have said "Call us so we can help," I'm going to do that too, see what they say. ;)
