well, pressing charges is one way to go, but it may not be worth it since these juvies record will dissapear by the time it really matters. So sue the hell out of their parents in the civil court. I guess pressing charges to kids will help you win the case. Police report of kids having illegal fireworks will help too, which you already did. (btw, what the hell did this pig say? wrong place at wrong time? Is that what they say to drive-by victims?) It might be better if parents supervised it. Make it look like parents bought and let the kids play with illegal fireworks. That will show the judge that they are unfit parents. Sue them for enought money that they have to sell their house and move to the trailor! Take away their money so that kids will not have a blight future. They deserve it!
