Tito, you can't teach the kids lesson. Only their parents can. And seems like their parents doesn't want to do so. Instead, they are telling you to look the otherway. So in order to teach their parents, you need to sue them. If you feel guilty about sueing them for lots of money and keeping it, you can donate the winning settlement to firework safety education, or hospital.

This is no accident. It's not like they try to shoot the fireworks up in the air and somehow this "defective" fireworks shot sideways. 15 years old? They are responsible enough to drive (learner's permit) which means they know right from wrong. Ask any lawyer, 15yrs old will be tried as an adult in almost any cases.

Please take a stand for rest of us who might become the future victim if you don't do anything.

And as for Drew, I hope you don't have kids untill you are ready to take on the responsibility instead of hoping others to cross their fingers that no real damage will happen to them when your kids misbehave. I really hope you teach your kids not to throw snowballs at moving cars rather than saying snowballs aren't illegal...
