What modifications have you done to the motor ? Would love to know more about that. I also have a tricked out 86SPG. Very strange that that drive shift is not fitting in there. If The transmission linkage is lined up the housing should be lined up exactly where it should need to be. I just don't know how it could physically be pushed off to one side and the linkage still be correctly lined up. very interested to know what's going on.
