Ahh Gotcha.
Well, I am less sure of this, but there still seems to be a deviation that may explain the distance. In your case, if the distance from driver-cup-edge to frame is 5/8" then mine is about 3/4" - and I say about 3/4" because my frame edge was all buggered from the tripod popping out. You can see the bentness in the last vid that I posted.
Anyhow, I think that is enough for me to get the hoist over and attempt to move/push the power unit over toward the drivers side. I know there is no "adjustment" per se so Wish me luck!
