So I just watched your video. Can you put a video up showing the tripod bearing and how far it's sticking out of the housing? So I just went out and measured a transmission that I have on the bench that I'm rebuilding. The distance between where the tripod sits and the outer edge of the housing is 9 mm. Hopefully that helps,so that tripod bearing probably has an inch or more that it can go inside the housing before it bottoms out. But there is only 9 mm of space in between the edge of the tripod bearing and the outer edge of the housing so it may look like it's falling out to you ,I don't know. I'm totally confused at what you have going on there myself. And I've been working on these for 20 plus years and have never seen this issue. Let me know what you find out.
