Sorry if i did not spell Autoban correctly...

Since we have finished the widing of the first 45 miles of I-95 the average travel speed had increased. I have always set the cruise at 73-74 mph on the posted 65 mph I-95. I was always leading the pack with few to none passing me. Now, since the widing the average morning commute speed is 80mph. And i am usually passed by several people in my short 10 miles morning trip.

Once you get north of Augusta, and north of Bangor the speed limit get abused even more. I regularly travel at speed in excess of 95 mph on sections of I-95, just to stay with traffic.

It nice to be able to have good roads to be able to strech the aero's legs.
