do with safety. Old man/woman who never drives will never have ticket or get in accidents but they are not safe driver.
Police officers don't get tickets, but not all of them are safe drivers.
People who live in Montana, as my previous example, they will have less chance of getting in accidents compare to people living in high density city area. It's statistics rather than how safe you are driving.
I am not arguing and will not continue, but my point is if you are letting people in just because you want to be nice to some strangers, than be nice to people driving behind you who has right of way and don't let others in front of THEM if you don't care about letting people in front of you. If you must, please leave the lane so people behinds you are not waiting any longer by your selfish act.
